Ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, request a correction, or request deletion. This is the address published in our privacy policy, and requests are answered within the period the applicable law requires.
Security reports
Report a vulnerability or a security problem. Please include enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report and will not pursue action against good-faith research.
Reporting a scam
Visanti cannot investigate an individual scam on your behalf, and we are not law enforcement. If money has already moved, contact your bank on the number printed on your card first, then report it to the relevant national fraud body. Our recovery steps set out the order that matters.
